I suppose I must be on the right track with all this pretty mint leaf curling happening on the tray. Today is day 2 of drying.

Today I’m going to spend some time finding myself a white pen that can write on glass for my mint container. I wonder though if these can be erased. I haven’t yet found stickers that do stick. Hm…food for thought. I also need to start looking into what I can do with my dry mint outside mint infusion.
