WHO DO I CONTACT REGARDING MY ORDER?

Always contact the merchant – the marketplace – you bought from. The reason is simple: I, the seller and designer, have no access to your order data, therefore cannot help. Furthermore, I have zero involvement in everything related to your order (payment processing, order fulfilment, etc). I couldn’t help, be it regarding tracking your item or issuing a refund.

CAN YOU CUSTOM DESIGN SOMETHING FOR ME OR AMEND AN EXISTING DESIGN FOR ME?
